Hi! I am so glad that you are here and hope that you find something to help you, whether it is something that inspires you to create more ease and joy for yourself or to feel better knowing that you are not alone and that I'm still playing with this all in my real, everyday life. I used to think that I had to write a monthly blog post but that never felt good to me AND sometimes something comes up that I want to share or I have written about something in the past that others have told me helped them. When I thought about what would create ease and joy for me around how to share these musings with people who visit me here and the idea of making a space here for those things felt good.
