1:1 coaching sessions take place over the phone (or on Zoom if you prefer) so they are super convenient and can be done virtually anywhere.

What should you expect during a 1:1 coaching session? I follow a process that I personally use every day...

  1. Identify what is causing you tension.
  2. Get clarity around your intention (What DO you want?).
  3. Identify what sort of attention and energy you can give to help you have what you are wanting.
  4. Release the need for things to go a certain way - no tension.

It is always my intention to do what I can to help my clients feel...
  • empowered
  • grounded
  • confident
  • intentional
  • happy
  • clear

Curious but not sure what you would talk about?

Common areas of tension from clients include...

  • preparing for family gatherings or responding to criticism and judgement from those in your life.
  • managing meltdowns with our children
  • creating routines and schedules that work for both parent and child (including electronics limits!)
  • how to talk to teachers or therapists when things aren't going well
  • supporting children in learning and growing while also not pushing the edge so much that they shut down or tantrum

Note- The above are just general topics and sessions are NOT limited to these.

You identify the area or areas of tension (I have a total squirrel brain that can jump from one area of tension to another so it's all good!) and I bring all of the tried and tested coaching tools, questions or strategies that I have to support your intention.

I also use my personal experience as the parent of a child who is nothing like I expected as well as my professional experience as an educator to offer up perspectives that can actually help you. I do this by shining a light on what might actually be going on, which frequently isn't the obvious reasons or what you might think is going on.

Like I said above, these 60 minute sessions take place over the phone so they are super convenient for you. You'll get a reminder email the day before our session and I will call you at our designated time.
