What is my "Parenting the Child You Didn't Expect While You Were Expecting" Self-Guided Course all about?
It is 10 + sessions sharing everything that I wish I had known in the early days of parenting my now 18 year old son, things that I have not only been teaching for the past 12 years, but also use every single day of my life.
Each session contains a recording, play sheet and visual reminders to go along with each topic. This self-guided format will allow you to go at your own pace and revisit topics as needed as your child grows and new challenges present themselves.
Cost: $29.00 (Note - price will increase October 1st)
I teach the tools, questions, and strategies that have helped me and hundreds of other parents feel...
Empowered to be a leader in their life, making choices that are best for them and their children, knowing how to handle those who question and judge and setting boundaries when necessary.
Grounded when things and thoughts get chaotic.
Confident that when they notice tension in their life, that they can do something about it.
Intentional about what they are doing and why they are doing it.
Equipped with tools, questions and strategies that they can use anytime, anywhere to support them and their children.
Content and able to get a different perspective when they feel stuck and without hope.
Clear about what is important to them and how to create a life that supports it.
If your parenting journey has some sort of unexpected, like autism, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, SPD, or PDA and has you feeling like you are playing a never ending game of Whack-a-Mole, this course can help.
If you feel judged by family, friends, or even strangers for how you parent, this course can help.
If you feel guilty for wanting things to be different, this course can help.
If you have tried everything else and nothing is bringing you what you actually want, which is to feel confident, empowered, happy, this course can help.
I used to think that all of my energy and attention needed to be aimed at getting my son "caught up" to his chronological peers. This was exhausting and didn't work. What did work was using what I share to notice why I wanted things to be different and find clarity on what actually matters. This not only felt SO much better as a parent, it also led to him being happier and more confident. He didn't need to change. I needed to change how I was thinking about things and how I was approaching them. This is what made a huge difference in both of our lives and is why I want to share it with you.
