- Get clarity around your intention (What DO you want?).
- Identify what sort of attention and energy you can give to help you have what you are wanting.
- Release the need for things to go a certain way - no tension.

You identify the area or areas of tension (I have a total squirrel brain that can jump from one area of tension to another so it's all good!) and I bring all of the tried and tested coaching tools, questions or strategies that I have to support your intention.
I also use my personal experience as the parent of a child who is nothing like I expected as well as my professional experience as an educator to offer up perspectives that can actually help you. I do this by shining a light on what might actually be going on, which frequently isn't the obvious reasons or what you might think is going on.
Like I said above, these 50 minute sessions take place over the phone so they are super convenient for you. You'll get a reminder email the day before our session and I will call you at our designated time.
